Request an appointment for an Ayurvedic Consultation or Reiki session below. Appointments will be scheduled around my Yoga classes and will generally be offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Fridays. Weekends may be possible, please use the Notes section to request a weekend appointment.

Please indicate the type of appointment you would like and your preferred day(s)/time(s). If you have flexible dates and times, please include that in the notes. Appointments are generally 1 hour in length ($75), although 30 minute appointments ($45) are available on request (please specify 30 minute appointment in the Notes section).

Payment can be through etransfer to kpoweryoga@shaw.ca, by cash or cheque at the appointment or through my online shop.
